Teledyne Storm Microwave dB Miser flexible cable assembly
For current EMC testing, high power at high frequency is needed to archive the field strength at the device under test (DUT). Because the cable between amplifier and antenna can have some length, every dB counts.
The dB Miser flexible cable assembly is designed for low loss and high power handling. The dB Miser 300 can handle up to 1000 W @ 1 GHz with an N connector and up to 1600 W @ 1 GHz with a 7/16 connector. The insert loss is only 0.16 dB/m. At 6 GHz it is up to 650 W with an insert loss of 0.34 dB/m.
