The FUTEK LCB200 Rod End Load Cell (tension/compression) is designed for applications involving inline actuators or hydraulic jacks with male/female threads. The load cell has low deflection and can easily thread in line into a threaded rod actuator.
It is built from robust 17-4PH stainless steel and weighs approximately 99 g. It is suitable for mid-range capacity requirements (453.6–1361 kg), offering high endurance.
The load cell features high stiffness, nonlinearity of ±0.5%, bridge resistance of 1000 ohms and deflection of 0.001″ nominal. It can be modified or customised to meet customer requirements. It utilises metal foil strain gauge technology.
