RF-Lambda RAMP06G18GF solid-state power amplifier
RF Lambda has released the RAMP06G18GF — a wideband, benchtop solid-state power amplifier with a frequency range of 6–18 GHz and average power handling up to 140 W.
The product provides gain of 48 dB, Psat of 51.5 dBm, output return loss of 25 dB and an operational temperature between 0 and 40°C. It is suitable for wireless, telecoms, medical and EMC markets.
The company has also released four other solid-state power amplifiers in the series: RFLUPA01G31GB (ultra wideband 0.2–35 GHz 2 W), RFLUPA18G47GD (ultra wideband 18–47 GHz 2 W), RAMP18G26GN (wideband 18–26.5 GHz 50 W CW) and RAMP26G40GN (wideband 26.5–40 GHz 50 W CW).
