RF-Lambda RFSP2TA0020GUSB absorptive coaxial SP2T switch
RF-Lambda has introduced a USB-controlled and -powered absorptive SP2T switch. It is suitable for ultrawide band aerospace and military test applications.
The RFSP2TA0020GUSB has a frequency range of 800 MHz to 20 GHz, insertion loss as low as 1.4 dB, isolation up to 70 dB and average power handling up to 1 W. The switching speed is 200–300 ms and the operational temperature is between -45 and +85°C.
