The RFSP4TA0218GUSB is an SP4T absorptive USB-controlled and -powered switch from RF-Lambda. It is suitable for ultra-wideband aerospace and military test applications.
The product has a frequency range of 2–18 GHz, insertion loss as low as 1.6 dB, isolation up to 70 dB and average power handling up to 1 W. The switching speed is 100 ns and the operational temperature is between -45 and +85°C.
