Originally conceived for use in the medical area, the MEDI-SNAP push-pull series has developed into a connector for all industrial areas. MEDI-SNAP has 11 different contact inserts and maximum of 14 contact positions with an outer diameter of 14 mm.
All plastic components are PEI and PSU materials with a long life span (2000 mating cycles) for the connection and allow sterilisation. Cable boots are available and made of silicon.
Housings range from straight to right-angle plugs; receptacle sockets are front assembly — back wall assembly — screw-on possibilities with color and mechanical codings available. The disposable models can be combined with the standard MEDI-SNAP program and the metal models.
