RECOM REM3, REM6 and REM10 series medical-grade DC/DC converters
RECOM has announced the release of three medical-grade DC/DC converters with 250 VAC/2 MOPP certification. The REM3, REM6 and REM10 series offer 3, 6 and 10 W output power respectively in a DIP24 case.
Despite the compact case size, the converters feature reinforced isolation rated at 250 VAC working voltage, 5 kVDC galvanic isolation, 8 mm creepage and clearance and low 2 µA leakage currents. They are available with 2:1 or 4:1 input voltage ranges and single or dual outputs from 3.3 up to 24 V.
High efficiency of 89% means the operating temperature is from -40 to 105°C. The devices are IEC60601-1 and ANSI/AAMI 606061 CB certified.
