STMicroelectronics LD39020 Very Low Quiescent Current Linear Regulators
STMicroelectronics LD39020 Very Low Quiescent Current Linear Regulators are high-accuracy voltage regulators that provide 200 mA of maximum current from an input voltage ranging from 1.5 to 5.5 V, with a typical dropout voltage of 200 mV. They are available in a DFN 1x1-4L package, allowing maximum space saving.
The devices are stabilised with a ceramic capacitor on the output. The ultralow drop voltage, low quiescent current and low noise features, together with the internal soft-start circuit, make the regulators suitable for low-power, battery-operated applications.
