Christchurch based electronics manufacturer, Invensys Energy Systems, has secured a multi million dollar manufacturing contract.

The two year contract is with Nokia NZ and will result in Invensys Energy Systems assuming responsibility for the integration of Nokia telecommunications equipment in roadside cabinets that house exchange and fibre optic equipment for the provision of fixed line telecommunications.

The end product will be ready to install telecommunications systems that will simply require on site installation and the connection of AC power.
