Master Electronics announced as Distributor of the Year — three times!

Master Electronics, a global distributor of electromechanical, interconnect and passive components, has been named Distributor of the Year by three separate companies.

While attending EDS 2016 in Las Vegas last month, the company was announced by C&K Components, a manufacturer of electromechanical switches, as its Distributor of the Year in the Broadline Distributor category. This was the second consecutive year for Master to receive this award, owing to an increase in sales as well as the number of customers to whom it sells C&K products.

At the same event, Master Electronics received the 2015 Distributor of the Year award from APEM, a manufacturer of man-machine interfaces. As noted by APEM Director of Sales Tony Solis, the award “recognises one of APEM’s highest performing distribution partners based on sales growth, market share growth, customer growth and business plan performance”.

To top off the summit, Regal Beloit’s Marathon Special Products (MSP) division recognised Master Electronics as its Top Distributor for Sales Growth. The award acknowledged Master for its exceptional sales growth of 19%, with Bret Danks, MSP’s vice president/general manager, noting that it was one of only two of the component company’s top 12 distributors to experience growth in 2015.

Master Electronics President Jamil Nizam expressed his gratitude for the awards, saying Master Electronics enjoys strong partnerships with all three companies due to their good working relationships.
