M Rutty has introduced the GR 23 brush-type DC motor. The continuous output torque has been increased, from 0.5 to 1 Ncm, as well as an increase in length by 15% over the earlier GR22.
The performance-optimised sleeve-bearing and brush system have been paired with an optimised commutator and improved rotor geometry.
The motor is compact and versatile and can be adapted to suit various applications, where different supply voltages or customised output shafts are required.
In addition, the modular system allows the attachment of a wide range of Dunkermotoren made, appropriately matched planetary gearboxes and encoders directly to the motor.
