The E250 range of latching relays is suitable for applications where a simple method of sequencing is required and offers a changeover of contact position after an impulse signal from a pushbutton.
The range uses a standard DIN rail mounting format. The position of the contacts will switch in response to each pulse sent to the coil via normally open pushbuttons or as part of a control circuit.
The coil can withstand a ‘button stuck’ condition without damaging the coil. Operations of up to 250 pulses/min are possible with the range that also provides a manual control lever to indicate the contact position.
Contact configurations of 1 NO, 1 NO + 1 NC, 2 NO, 1 CO and 2 CO are available, with ratings of 16 and 32 A. A variety of coil voltages in both AC and DC is available to cover most control circuit applications. The coils have a dual AC/DC voltage rating with a DC/AC ratio of 0.5:1.
