Avalue Technology Inc. has released the semi-rugged NUC-TGU and fast-to-implement ACS10-TGU box PCs. Both PCs are powered by Intel 11th-Gen Tiger Lake UP3, which is designed for IoT-related operations. A high-performance CPU with Intel Iris Xe graphics card boosts performance speed by up to 2.95 times, and single- and multi-thread performances are increased by 23% and 19% respectively. The combined effect of the leap in computing performance, enhanced graphics chip/media and graphics effect, and real-time low-latency processing enables the NUC-TGU and ACS10-TGU to accomplish critical tasks requiring uninterrupted operation and powerful simulation and analysis functions, accelerating businesses’ push into AI visual analysis, deep learning, smart retail, precision health care, industrial automation and smart city.

Both box PCs are compact and easy to set up, and feature expandable I/O interfaces and flexible storage design, and support high-resolution graphics. Furthermore, their stable high-speed connectivity makes them suitable for IoT applications that require real-time feedback and analysis. With its comprehensive architecture, the ACS10-TGU has the advantage in development cost and short implementation time. It supports operating temperature up to 50℃, passed 50G shock test, up to 32 GB 3200 MHz DDR4 memory, M.2 Key B/E expansion slot and a diverse range of I/O ports (2 x COM, 6 x USB ports, 2 x DP++ and 2 x Ethernet ports). ACS10-TGU is also small and compact, and can be implemented quickly, making it suitable for retail kiosk and digital signage, smart office access system and video surveillance.

The NUC-TGU also facilitates space utilisation with its lightweight and thin design. It is targeted at semi-industrial applications and customised services, allowing for versatile design in logo and body colour. It provides up to 32 GB 3200 MHz DDR4 memory, and diverse range of I/O connection (2 x RS232/422/485, 6 x front and back USB ports, 2 x HDMI 2.0b, 1 x Line-out and 2.5GbE/1GbE dual Ethernet ports). In terms of installation, the NUC-TGU box PC provides a choice of desktop stand, wall mount or DIN rail, and a Kensington lock to protect system equipment. The semi-rugged system is suitable for use in gaming/lottery, edge computing, traffic flow analysis and facial recognition in smart retail, and telemedicine in smart health care.

With their light weight, compactness, expandability, high performance, quick response and stable high-speed transmission, the semi-rugged NUC-TGU and quick-to-implement ACS10-TGU box PCs enable quick set-up while providing a complete range of customised services.
