IEI’s WStrider-200A is an embedded controller designed to operate in harsh environments. Its aluminium die-casting enclosure and M12 watertight connector not only provide IP67-grade protection against dust and water, but it can also withstand high impact.
Powered by an Intel Atom Z510PT with US15WPT industrial-grade processor and chipset, the device is able to operate under extreme temperature from -30 to 70°C. The built-in 802.11b/g/n module with IP67-compliant external antenna provides high-speed wireless communication. It is also capable of taking video input or an image from an analog camera by its built-in Techwell TW6805, providing up to two channels video capturing. For a severe environment with an unstable power source, it can take power input from 9 to 28 VDC.
The controller offers two channels analog video input via BNC interface with IP67 protection. Using the video engine, it can support up to D1 resolution and can encode video and picture data then instantly transfer it to a remote monitoring centre via GbE or 802.11b/g/n high-speed wireless.
