Standard clock oscillators
Cardinal Components Inc. introduces new low phase noise, low jitter, high frequency, RoHS compliant programmable, LVPECL, LVDS, VCXO's and Standard Clock Oscillators.
Cardinal Components Inc. has continued to develop and improve its already successful programmable oscillator product range. It is now used by Airbus Industries in flight-control systems of the Airbus 380 where failure is not an option.
Cardinal's low jitter, low noise standard clock oscillators are also available in 5x7 SMD, 8 & 14 Pin Dip packages from 25 to 100ppm and 3.3 to 5 volts -40 to +85°C operating temperature. TCXO's, VCXO's and VCTCXO's is introducing fixed frequency, LVDS and LVPECL, VCXO oscillators with frequency ranges of 38MHz to 640MHz. The low phase noise ( -120dBc/hz at a 10 kHz offset ) and integrated jitter perfomance ( <1ps ) of the "CFVE" and "CFVL" devices makes them suitable for applications such as routers, switches, WAN interfaces, test equipment and serial communications. The "CFVE" and "CFVL" devices operate at 3.3 volts . They are available in an industry standard 9mm x 14mm surface mount package. Additional features include a stability of 50ppm maintained over the industrial temperature range (-40C to +85°C ) and a tuning range of 100ppm.
