ICP DAS RPS-4M/W4 industrial redundant power supplies

ICP DAS has introduced the RPS-4M/W4 4-slot industrial redundant power supplies. The RPS series not only adopts N+1 parallel-connection and load-sharing technology to implement power redundancy, it also adds communication functions so that power supply information can be monitored in real time.

The series can record the usage time of each power module, which can be used as a basis for maintenance and replacement and estimate MTBF (mean time between failures). When the power module has reached the recommended service life, the user can replace it early to make the power system more stable.

The power supply has a built-in load balancing function, so there is no need to add extra load-balancing modules. It adopts a slot-type design and has a hot-swapping function, so when the user replaces the power module, there is no need to turn off the power system. The product can be used for the power supply of remote I/O equipment and control systems, implementing power redundancy and communication functions.
