The latest free version of XenServer from Citrix Systems is now available for download from more than 250 websites in 50 countries worldwide. This is the full enterprise-class XenServer virtual infrastructure platform, now in production in more than 5000 enterprise data centres worldwide.
Users of the package who wish to add more advanced virtualisation management capabilities in the future will also be able to buy Citrix Essentials that includes a set of capabilities specifically optimised for the XenServer.
These optional features include laboratory automation, dynamic provisioning, workflow orchestration, high availability and seamless integration with leading storage systems.
