Omnetics Nano Circular Connectors

Omnetics Nano Circular Connectors are suitable for demanding applications where size and weight are critical. They have a rugged flex-pin contact system and withstand shock and vibration while maintaining their electrical integrity. They come in a variety of options for specific needs and applications.

The plastic connectors, spaced on 0.64 mm centrelines and a 9 mm mated length, are claimed to be the smallest Mil-Quality circulars available. Small outer diameters range from 3.1 to 5.5 mm.

The Threaded Metal connectors can be configured with different levels of waterproof sealing up to IP68. A variety of shell material and finishes are available, including nickel-plated brass and black oxide stainless steel.

A variety of shell material and finishes are available for the Twist Lock variety, available in sizes 5, 12, 16 and 27. Wire terminations are also available with discrete wire and cable.

Designed with an extra-retention spring, the Break Away connectors are engineered to release (break away) at a predetermined force. They are also available with added waterproof sealing up to IP68 for the mated pair.

The IP67 Break Away connectors use Omnetics’ flex-pin contact system. Spaced on 0.64 mm centrelines, the SureCon 360° line features small outer diameters ranging from 8.3 to 9.8 mm.
