Switchcraft power jack cable overmould
Switchcraft has introduced a range of straight cable overmould for inline connection to 2.5 mm or 2/2.1 mm DC power plugs, which will mate with the company’s locking or any non-locking cord plugs.
The product can be panel mounted for fast, convenient installation and wiring. A K195 washer and K205 hex nut is required for panel fixing. An inline jack is used where an extension is needed.
The product is suitable for a wide range of applications where an inline DC connection or extension is needed, such as military or industrial GPS location devices, medical equipment and marine applications.
The range is RoHS-compliant and is supplied in the form of a PVC overmoulded assembly to be used with 712A, 722A, L712A and L722A jacks. The cable lengths can be customised to the user’s requirements.
