Samtec Tiger Eye contacts are used in Micro Mate discrete wire cable plugs (SFSD series) to provide cable-to-board for the TFM/SFM series board-to-board interconnect system.
The polarised plugs are available with 28 AWG or 30 AWG wire with 20, 40 or 60 contacts.
The standard plugs mate with TFM Series double row headers space on (1.27 mm) 0.050" pitch. Higher retention ''friction locks'' are also available for mating with the TFML series.
The contacts are multi-finger, precision stamped and formed for higher reliability applications. For the Micro Mate range they are plated with 0.76 µm of gold.
