Category 5 patch cords

Friday, 28 November, 2003 | Supplied by: Molex Premise Networks Pty Ltd

Molex Premise Networks has developed a range of slim boot enhanced category 5 patch cords.

The RJ45 jacks on the switches are tightly spaced, making patching with current designed over-moulded booted patch cords difficult.

The new patch cord is designed with a slimline over-moulded boot ensuring no interference when patching in a high-density patching field.

The patch cords also come with an anti-snag latch protection, which eliminates tangles when patching and unpatching the network. With colour coded boots to match the colour of the outer jacket, this enables the user to add visual representation to their network.

These patch cords are available in various lengths and colours and can be custom made.
