element14 PCB connectors

element14 has expanded its portfolio of high-power, high-speed, low-profile and fine-pitch PCB connectors from TE Connectivity, Molex, FCI, Harwin, Hirose, JST, Phoenix Contact and Samtec.

The portfolio of almost 30,000 PCB connectors include board-to-board, card edge and backplane, DIN 41612 board, FFC/FPC board, stacking board and wire-to-board connectors. Users can choose the connectors they need by product range, number of contacts, gender, pitch spacing, contact plating, contact termination, contact material and other critical specifications.

The TE Connectivity Dynamic Series wire-to-board, wire-to-panel and wire-to-wire connectors are available with diverse housings to meet most applications and offer up to a 65 A current capacity. The JST SH Series is claimed to be the world’s first 1 mm pitch crimp-style connector, while the Samtec PES Series offers a high-power header and socket of up to 40 A.

The connectors are suitable for use in portable mobile devices, consumer electronics, building automation, whitegoods, industrial machinery, aerospace and defence, transportation and telecommunications.
