Samtec’s Mini HDMI (MHDMI Series) I/O interconnect’s mini design consists of 19 contact positions with five signature pairs and four power lines.
It is supplied with surface mounted signal leads, through-hole ground tails and optional latching. The latching provides a more secure, rugged interconnect with its cable plug mate.
The mating cable plug (HPSTP series) has a micro-shielded twisted pair 30 AWG cable and an estimated performance of 1 GHz at 1000 mm cable length.
This shielded twisted pair cable prevents electromechanical interference from surrounding cables and cartridge. Cable termination options are mini HDMI to mini HDMI or mini HDMI to standard HDMI.
