Acumentrics Pack-Power portable UPS system

Acumentrics’ portable Pack-Power device is a small, lightweight, autonomous and flexible UPS system that can be standalone or integrated into a soldier’s backpack, making it suitable for defence expeditionary applications.

The rugged system features full UPS functionality as well as 12, 28 and 5 VDC-powered USB3 outputs for laptops, bidirectional communications and electronic devices. It also allows for simultaneous battery charging and powering a load of up to 100 W.

The system has a small footprint of 3.8 x 13.97 x 19.05 cm and weighs 907 g. It is designed to meet UN-DOT 38.3 and is FAA compliant for commercial aircraft. It is contained in a dust- and splashing water-protected IP54 enclosure with a run time of 9 h for an average typical load of 10 W.

Optional software communication allows for control, monitoring and reporting via USB3 port.
