The Cadex C8000 is a battery test system for performing complex life cycle tests that may include discharging a battery with GSM, CDMA or other pulses.
Replicate battery run time of a power tool, digital camera or computing device by first capturing the current profile and then applying the load on the test battery for verification.
The unit can also test the function of a Li-Ion charger, verify battery safety circuits and read SMBus registers. Automated programs ensure safe charging and correct discharge terminations; custom programs provide for user-defined settings.
Each of four independent channels delivers up to 10 A and 36 V, with 0.1% FSR. Total power is 400 W on charge and 320 W on discharge.
