Distributor of the year award
Soanar has been awarded Tyco Electronics 2007 Distributor of the Year, in recognition of outstanding sales growth across Australia.
The criteria for winning the award is based on point-of-sale growth, new business and account growth, new product introductions and teamwork.
"Soanar has demonstrated the ability to increase its sales, grow market share and commit resources to help drive demand creation," Tyco Electronics' distribution manager, James Elliott said.
"The partnership with Tyco Electronics began with interconnect products, and now also includes, relays, filters, passive components and switches. We have seen growth in our E-Commerce and Catalogue Division Soanar Plus, as well as traditional Soanar OEM customers," Soanar's marketing Unit manager, George Georgiou said.
