Agilent Technologies N2750A Series InfiniiMode active differential probes

Agilent Technologies has introduced InfiniiMode differential probes, a generation of low-cost, 1.5, 3.5 and 6 GHz differential active probes for general-purpose, high-speed differential probing. They are suited to digital system design, component design/characterisation and differential serial bus measurements.

The N2750A Series probes come with InfiniiMode technology that allows convenient measurements of differential, single-ended and common-mode signals with a single probe tip without reconnecting the probe to change the connection. InfiniiMode claims to improve productivity and offer greater accuracy than making the same measurements with multiple probes.

Using the quick-action scope control button built into the probe, engineers can easily control the most-needed scope functions. With their low input loading (200 kΩ differential), wide dynamic range (10 Vpp), wide offset range (±15 V) and high common-mode rejection ratio (>60 dB at 1 MHz), the probes can be used in a wide variety of analog signal measurements as well.
