JTAG Technologies has released the JT 2147/AGP boundary scan interface for use with Aeroflex in-circuit testers.
Both current and previous generation 4200 series systems can now be more easily upgraded with a boundary scan controller.
The interface provides an enhanced method for bringing boundary scan test access port signals close to the point of contact within the ICT system.
This improves signal integrity and simplifies fixture design. A single device can be installed on the Aeroflex GPIO custom interface module and provides ground isolation plus a switching matrix to route TAP signals to pins on the test fixture.
