Agilent's 100 and 300 MHz 6000-series oscilloscopes provide responsive deep memory, high definition display and fast waveform update rate.
The oscilloscopes feature 2+16 or 4+16 channels for mixed signal applications and 2- or 4-channel DSOs (field upgradeable to 2+16- or 4+16-channel mixed signal oscilloscopes). Powerful triggering includes HDTV, I2C, SPI, LIN, CAN, USB and CAN/LIN automotive triggering and decode option and I2C/SPI serial data decode option.
Agilent's U1600A-series dual channel handheld oscilloscope has built-in DMM, recorder, FFT and math functions for field service. The low cost 60 to 200 MHz DSO3000-series bench scopes advanced triggering capabilities includes pulse-width and line-selectable video plus 20 automatic measurements, FFT and math functions.
