The Parameters model PA 2126NA loop impedance tester with PSC (prospective short circuit calculation) and volt meter is a multifunction tester for single-phase circuits, measuring line-to-earth, neutral-to-earth, line, neutral and earth impedances as separate quantities.
In addition to the impedance values, prospective short-circuit current is calculated to 6 kA for line-to-neutral and line-to-earth.
All measurement functions are controlled via a microprocessor and measurement results are stored in RAM. Operation of the instrument is via prompts using a single test button. The tester is powered by eight 1.5 V AA batteries.
