National Instruments PXIe-5668R vector signal analyser

The NI PXIe-5668R vector signal analyser (VSA) offers 765 MHz of bandwidth with good measurement performance and speed. The high-performance microwave signal analyser meets the challenging requirements of applications such as wireless communications, radiofrequency integrated circuit characterisation, RADAR test and spectrum monitoring and signal intelligence.

The product offers a combination of RF measurement performance, measurement speed and flexibility. With high dynamic range and bandwidth, it is suitable for the measurement requirements of R&D applications. With its implementation as a PXI instrument, the device also features the fast measurement speed required for high-volume manufacturing test.

Finally, the VSA includes a LabVIEW-programmable Xilinx Kintex-7 FPGA. This can be used to customise the instrument’s behaviour by adding triggering, signal-processing routines and more.
