The Picotest U6200A universal counter is available in various versions (1 to 400 MHz one- and two-channel inputs; 375 MHz to 6 GHz three-channel inputs; 250 MHz to 20 GHz three-channel inputs option).
The instrument is characterised by temperature stability of 1 x 10-6 referenced to 25°C. It has a read-out resolution of 12 digits with a 1 s gate time and, in addition to frequency and time domain measurements, measures phase (-180 to +360°) and rise/fall times using variable trigger or default (10%, 90%) levels.
The instrument is equipped with an ethernet and USB interface and can be equipped with an optional GPIB interface.
