Rigol MSO4000 series mixed signal oscilloscopes

The MSO4000 series mixed signal oscilloscopes represent the latest innovation in Rigol’s range of oscilloscopes that extend from 50 MHz 1 GS/s models all the way up to 1 GHz bandwidth models with 5 GS/s sampling rates.

The series includes 100, 200, 350, 500 MHz bandwidth models with 4 GSa/s sample rate in analog channels and 1 GS/s sample rate in digital channels (MSO). Memory depth is 140 Mpts in analog channels and 28 Mpts in digital channels (MSO). Units are available in 2 or 4 analog channels and 16 digital channels. The series offers 110,000 wfms/s capture rate and a 200,000 frames real-time waveform record and analyser. It also includes Rigol’s UltraVision Technology providing multilevel intensity grading display.

The MSO4000 series features a variety of trigger and serial bus decoding functions (RS232, I2C, SPI, CAN, FlexRay), lower noise floor, minimum vertical scale is 1 mV/div, a wide variety of interfaces USB Host, USB Device, LAN(LXI), AUX, VGA, USB-GPIB (Opt.) and large 9″ TFT(800 x 480) WVGA with multi-intensity display.
