The Schaffner Modula-6100 immunity test system can be used for the simulation of electromagnetic interference effects. It is now available for rent.
Its immunity testing, in conformity with international, national and in-house standards, is claimed to be efficient and provides good operator convenience.
Besides the generation of the classic interference pulses such as burst and surge as well as power-quality simulations, further functions can also be incorporated in the system configuration.
Features include: burst up to 4.8 kV; surge up to 4.4 kV; mains drop-out simulator; 30 kV ESD; power line dips to 0, 40, 70 and 80% (with optional INA-6502); flexible, easy testing with PDA; time-saving test report generation
The INA 6502 is connected to the Modula system through the system cable and is fully embedded.
