Transmille Model 4010 MultiFunction Calibrator

The Transmille Model 4010 Multifunction Calibrator is aimed at precision laboratories requiring a wide range of outputs with accuracies up to 8 ppm. Features include AC/DC voltage output to 1000 V, current output to 30 A without the need for a transconductance amplifier, 2–4 wire resistance to 1 GΩ, frequency, RTD/PRT temperature, capacitance, inductance, oscilloscope, power, pressure and torque.

The user interface, accessed through a large 7″ capacitive touch display, enables advanced functionality, including built-in procedure mode and connection prompts to minimise errors. Existing procedures will not need to be rewritten due to the implementation of flexible standards support where procedures are written around the UUT.

The calibrator implements a traceable self-verification function by simply connecting a Model 8000 series 8½ digit digital multimeter to the rear of the unit and entering self-calibration mode. The calibrator then proceeds to measure its outputs automatically and generate a test report for analysis on a computer, and print a test report via a USB printer for maintaining records.

Compatibility with ProCal calibration software and existing procedures makes the product a complete automated, precise, user-friendly calibration system.
