FAULHABER 22GPT LN and 32GPT LN low-noise gearheads

FAULHABER has expanded its GPT gearhead family with the introduction of the 22GPT LN and 32GPT LN low-noise gearheads. Designed for applications where acoustic performance is critical, the new models are suited to laboratory automation, medical devices, optical systems and test and measurement equipment.

The gearheads combine compact dimensions with high torque capability, delivering up to 2.2 Nm and 8 Nm respectively in intermittent operation. An optimised gear design featuring a plastic input stage enables noise reductions of up to 10 dB compared with standard GPT gearheads, while maintaining the performance and durability of the FAULHABER GPT range.

Both models feature a robust stainless-steel housing and are designed to operate across a temperature range of -30 to +110°C. High efficiency under varying load conditions makes them suitable for demanding motion control applications requiring quiet operation without compromising torque output.

The gearheads provide equipment designers with a practical solution where compact size, high performance and low acoustic emissions are equally important.
