ROLEC aluCASE die-cast enclosures range

ROLEC has extended its aluCASE range of die-cast aluminium electronics and electrical enclosures with four extra sizes: 280 x 250 x 120, 380 x 250 x 120, 330 x 300 x 120 and 430 x 300 x 120 mm. There are now 27 sizes available in the aluCASE range, from 75 x 50 x 33 to 430 x 300 x 120 mm.

The enclosures are tough (IP66, IP67, IP69K) and versatile - they can be fitted to walls, machines and bulkheads, and cases can be installed with the lid closed to help protect the seal and the electronics inside. The stainless steel screws are concealed by aluminium or ABS clip-on covers. Typical applications include machine control, measurement devices, industrial automation, operator panels, access control and interface systems.

The lid is held in place by polypropylene retaining straps, removing the need for hinges. Options include transparent polycarbonate lids, integrated hinges (with no visible fixing screws), a key lock and EMC shielding.

The standard product colour is grey but other colours are available on request. Customising options include CNC milling and drilling; silk-screen and tampo printing of legends and logos; removal of PCB pillars to create extra space; and assembly of cable glands and other components.
