Screen Process Circuits CNC-milled and screen-printed enclosures

Screen Process Circuits provides CNC milling and screen-printing services. The user simply supplies the company with generic panels and enclosures and they will be CNC milled and screen-printed to requirements.

The company can also supply panels milled straight from pre-anodised aluminium sheet stock, suitable for small runs.

CAD software ensures efficiency and accuracy so that the product is manufactured in accordance with specifications. The company says correct alignment is assured, ie, perfect registration of PCB to front panel to screen-printed decal. All three items are drawn up in the same CAD package, which eliminates any error. The company uses two-part epoxy inks when printing to metallic surfaces, offering good adhesion. Once printed, the ink is oven baked for maximum durability and is scratch resistant.

The company is well equipped to handle prototype runs through to large production with a high degree of accuracy, consistency and quality. It has experience screen-printing onto a wide range of materials, including acrylics, polycarbonates, polyester, PVC, metals (powder-coated and anodised), etc. It supplies many industries including mining, manufacturing, medical, telecommunications, electrical and more.
