The low-profile device is suitably sized for the Raspberry Pi’s CPU and will fit into most cases. It measures 13 x 13 x 10 mm and weighs 0.005 kg.
The product provides simple, passive cooling, with no need for noisy fans. It has a self-adhesive layer for easy application and features thermal resistance of 25°C/W.
