Anderson Power Products Multipurpose Powerpole
The Anderson Power Products’ Multipurpose Powerpole is a make-first/break-last connection when used in a multi-pole situation with the company's standard 15/45 powerpoles. The dovetailed housing allows the user to interlock multiple housings into vertical or horizontal connector banks specific to individual requirements.
The connector is rated to 600 V continuous (AC/DC) at up to 45 A (max amperage based on using 10 AWG wire). The contact accommodates wire sizes from 10 to 14 AWG (5.3 to 2.1 mm2) and is available in reeled or loose pieces to accommodate production needs. The power pole uses the company’s standard crimp tools and dies.
Features include: flat wiping contact system; interchangeable genderless design; coloured, modular housings; polarised housings; wide product range - from 10 to 180 A; UL94 V-0 housing material.
