M2M Connectivity has launched the Wavecom Fastrack Supreme developer kit, a ready-to-go hardware and software development platform allowing developers to create wireless applications.
The GPRS modem in the kit features an ARM9 32-bit CPU and the kit also comes with Wavecom Open AT software suite. This gives developers access to many ready-to-use code samples to create applications as well as a platform to write embedded applications for the modem.
With the modem users can add additional connectivity features using the internal expansion socket interface. M2M supplies three Wavecome IES boards (GPS, IOs, USB) and the kit also includes an IES development board so developers can design their own.
The kit contains modem and software together with all the cables, antennas and connectors. It also includes an IESM development board.
