DuPont Microcircuit Materials ME102, ME604 and ME614 silver pastes

DuPont has introduced a suite of silver bearing thick film paste conductors to enable in-mould electronic devices.

The conductors ME102, ME604 and ME614 were designed with key advancements to improve thermoformability, conductivity and fine line performance. The offerings enable high productivity, with mechanical and electrical properties allowing extended freedom in the electronic design of in-mould electronics devices, including next-generation LiDAR systems for autonomous driving or touch steering wheels with transparent, 3D-shaped surfaces for enhanced user experience.

The ME102 is a highly conductive thick film conductive paste for antenna, heater and RFID functions. The ME604 is a general-purpose thick film conductive paste with good thermoformability and conductivity. The ME614 is a thick film conductive paste with added laser ablation property for fine line applications. The offering thus demonstrates a range of technical properties to meet different user requirements.
