FIBOX NEO enclosures

FIBOX NEO enclosures are designed for control systems, ICT infrastructure, alarm systems, electrical installations, etc. They are designed to provide protection of electronic components against environmental conditions (IP67 rating), and to protect users and others in the vicinity of distribution boards.

The enclosures are made of weather-resistant polycarbonate, with an operating temperature ranging from -40°C to 80°C. The enclosures are IK09 rated, which means they are protected against 10 J of impact (equivalent to impact of 5 kg mass dropped from 20 cm above). The housings are characterised by low weight, while maintaining rigidity (reinforced structure of the corners and the cover). They can be used indoors and outdoors; the integrated roof covers the door gap.

The enclosures are characterised by their large capacity, with their 180° door opening angle offering convenient access to the devices installed inside. An additional advantage of polycarbonate enclosures is easy processing, eg, drilling holes for glands, as well as no corrosion, and resistance to UV radiation. Models with transparent (tinted) covers are available.

The enclosure can be easily fixed using accessories provided by the manufacturer. In the case of wall mounting, these are wall-fastening lugs with matching screws that do not penetrate the enclosure, which maintains a high IP rating (ie, splash, water and dust resistance). The mounting holes are located outside the outline of the enclosure, so it can be removed from the wall without opening the cover. FIBOX also offers sets with rails and clamps that allow users to secure the enclosure to a pole; this can be done with metal clamps.
