ECOREL FREE 305-16LVD is a no-clean, lead-free solder paste developed with the chemistry of the ECOREL solder paste range. The product is suitable for standard convection reflow and vapour phase soldering.

The paste features an ultralow voids percentage and reduced voids size in large contact area components. It offers good wetting on any surface finish, including OSP.

The product leaves a transparent and colourless residue, even after multiple reflow cycles. It also has good first pass yield testability in ICT.
