The RF 300 and RF 500 Inline SMT reflow soldering system has each heating zone programmable through the controller which can store up to 100 profiles.
The machines were developed for small to medium volumes of work and feature: lead-free reflow process; 100% forced air convection; stainless steel conveyor; real-time graphic temperature profile; ISO 9000 SPC fault monitoring reporting; RF 300 features three heating zones on the top and bottom; RF 500 features five heating zones on the top and bottom.
The conveyor speed, heating elements, hot air flow and cooling fans are also programmable. The reflow zone temperature can go up to 300°C.
