Rehm’s VXC series convection reflow systems offer optimised heat transfer and thermal stability, with low real-world cross-profile performance, low MTBF and low power usage. They operate via a stable process that can work 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The product uses high-quality three-phase blowers, with top/bottom blower speed control and full zone duty cycle control for power management. It includes integrated residue management on N2-enabled systems.
Rehm has transferred technology used in its flux management system from its higher end VXS and VXP systems, which are now offered in the VXC range. The high-end conveyor mechanics used in the VXP series are also now integrated in the VXC systems.
