The QCJ5 machine, with its third access motion control, can repair circuit boards, de-panel or create panels and housings.

It has a 32-position automatic tool change, automatic software-controlled depth of cut settings and a 4-quadrant precision vacuum table for high machining accuracy.

Other features of the machine include 60,000 or 100,000 rpm variable speed spindle, a four mil trace and insulation width giving resolution down to 0.006 mm with traversed speeds of up to 3810 mm/min.

A pre-touch pressure foot applies even pressure to the substrate before drilling or milling.
