Active Components receives top awards from Gallagher New Zealand

Active Components, an Albany, New Zealand-based importer and distributor of electronic components, has been recognised by one of its top customers. At the inaugural Gallagher Supplier Awards, Active won three awards: Supplier of the Year; Account Manager of the Year - Nathan Bettridge; Customer Service Person of the Year - Neil Patel/Julie Bettridge.

Managing director Rob Mackley says winning all three inaugural awards is a fantastic boost for the company and every single person who works there. “Gallagher carried out an assessment of its suppliers every month for 11 months looking at criteria such as delivery on time, credits, accurate product received and the key account’s response to any shortages, problems and sourcing of new product.

Natalie Weinberg, Procurement Category Manager - Electronics at Gallagher New Zealand, says the Customer Service Person of the Year and the Account Manager of the Year awards were voted for across all of the Gallagher team and everyone was unanimous in their decision.

New Zealand-owned and -operated Active Components specialises in providing custom manufactured solutions, from cable assemblies to solar panels and much more. Customers include electronics design houses and the large manufacturing companies.
