Advantech drives innovation at ASEAN Connect 2026

Advantech has hosted the Advantech ASEAN Connect Conference 2026 (APC 2026) under the theme ‘Celebrating Success, Empowering Connections’. The event took place from 2–3 April 2026 at the Penang Waterfront Convention Centre (PWCC) in Penang, Malaysia.

The APC 2026 event marked a significant step in reinforcing Advantech’s position as a leader in edge AI, edge computing and the co-creation ecosystem in ASEAN, both in terms of technology and industrial development. The event brought together industry executives, end users, business partners, industry associations and government agencies to build trust, expand partnership networks and drive the adoption of Edge AI across industries in the region.

The event began with Advantech’s executives sharing their vision and mission. This was followed by presentations on market insights and end-user experiences, alongside showcases of the latest solutions and partner ecosystem offerings. The program also provided participants with a clear understanding of how Advantech and its partners collaborate across different industries in practice.

The program featured a panel discussion focused on understanding the practical needs of end users, the market and the public sector, while facilitating the exchange of perspectives on key industry topics. These included sustainable manufacturing — such as green energy and Advantech initiatives supporting low-carbon industrial development and progress towards Net Zero goals — as well as opportunities to expand ASEAN market collaboration in industrial automation with Advantech.

The event also featured hands-on activities, including a demo tour and business matchmaking sessions, allowing participants to experience real solutions and explore business opportunities with associations and relevant government agencies.

The outcomes of the event not only provided participants with fresh perspectives on actionable concepts and solutions for their businesses but also served as a crucial platform for building strong partner networks. It empowered organisations to collaboratively drive change in the digital era. At the same time, Advantech’s partners were able to gain confidence in the technology ecosystem and expand sustainable business opportunities.

Overall, the Advantech ASEAN Connect Conference 2026 served as a key driving force that united ideas, innovation and collaboration across partners throughout Asia, collectively advancing sustainable industries and fostering a robust digital economy in the region.
