AIIA Navigating the Internet of Things Summit

The 2015 AIIA Navigating the Internet of Things Summit, held in Canberra on 26 March, will explore how governments can benefit from the IoT, how the IoT can be used for competitive advantage and its importance in driving economic development, service delivery and efficient policy regulation.

The three key themes of the summit include: transforming the physical economy and built environment, transforming the delivery of services and transforming the economy. Confirmed speakers include: Elizabeth Vega, CEO, Informed Solutions - MC; Lutz Heuser, CTO, Urban Software Institute Germany; Glenn Archer, Research VP Government, Gartner; and Ros Harvey, Chief Strategy Advisor, Sirca. 

At the conclusion of the summit a dinner will be held at the National Gallery of Australia and will include a hypothetical debate moderated by Andrew Johnstone-Burt, Partner, National Public Sector Leader, Deloitte. The hypothetical theme will explore the possibilities, risks and challenges in the world of the Internet of Things.
